February Frenzy–Wilcox boys forfeit first round game
It’s over.
The Wilcox County boys basketball team season has ended, without a single second ticking off the clock.
The Patriots were forced to forfeit their first-round game against Randolph-Clay after nine of their 12 players were suspended in a off-campus fight. The result means that the Red Devils will advance to round two of the GHSA Class A state tournament against Taylor County on Wednesday.
